St. Pius V Parish in the News

Some 100 parishioners and staff participated in an immigration rally at historic First Baptist Congregational Church on January 16, 2010. The event, entitled "Full Citizenship and Full Employment for Full Equality," featured Congressman Luis Gutierrez and the Rev. Jesse Jackson speaking to a crowd of 1,200 people. On October 4, 2009, Fr. Chuck spoke at all the masses at the cathedral parish in Dodge City, Kansas. The diocese invited him to discuss St. Pius V's parish-based services for victims of domestic violence. Click here for the newspaper coverage.
